Absolvo team supported the company and its shareholders in 2 further transactions.
Deal rationale
The funding enabled Starschema to capitalize on its rapid growth and solidify its position as an upcoming market leader in Europe, also entering the US market. Later on, in 2022 the company was acquired by HCL Technologies in 2022 for approximately €40 million.

Our M&A team delivered end-to-end advisory services throughout the transaction, including business and financial planning, preparation of investor documents, engagement with potential investors, negotiation and evaluation of term sheets, support during due diligence, negotiating the investment agreements, and coordination of the signing and closing, and other deal related tasks.
