Their innovative containers are utilized in approximately 30 countries worldwide. Absolvo advised the company in multiple deals and projects, including a seed round in 2019, followed by a growth equity transaction, altogether securing 10 million EUR investment for Continest. Beyond transaction support, Absolvo also provided strategic advisory on their go-to-market strategy and played an active role in executing their plans by offering defense business development support and interim sales management.

Deal rationale

Continest Technologies secured altogether €10 million funding to drive international business development, expand into new markets, and boost production capacity. The investment will support accelerated product innovation, growth across European and US markets, and the scaling of manufacturing operations.
