M&A Director

If you have min. 8-10 years of M&A experience in M&A, corporate finance, private equity, or transaction advisory services, you're solution-oriented and client-focused, this is your perfect fit.

Responsibilities

  • Leading sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory projects (regional and international) from preparation to transaction closure
  • Managing capital raising projects (VC/PE; domestic and international)
  • Conducting company valuations
  • Overseeing due diligence processes
  • Supporting business planning
  • Providing day-to-day consultation and advisory services to clients
  • Supporting the company’s marketing and sales activities, identifying potential clients, scoping projects, and coordinating proposals

Requirements

  • A degree in economics or finance/accounting
  • Preferably 8-10 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, private equity, or transaction advisory services
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) and strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • High work capacity, precision, goal-oriented mindset
  • Client- and solution-focused approach, accountability for results
  • Project-oriented mindset, agility
